About the course
In a world filled with stress, uncertainty, emotional pressure and constant overthinking, many people struggle silently with fear about the future, emotional exhaustion, anxiety and a lack of inner peace. While external circumstances may feel overwhelming, Islam teaches that true stability begins from within, through tawakkul: trust and reliance upon Allah.
The Psychology of Tawakkul and Emotional Healing is a transformational faith-based course designed to help you understand the emotional, psychological and spiritual power of tawakkul in overcoming stress, fear, anxiety, emotional overwhelm and inner instability.
The course combines Islamic psychology, emotional wellbeing, self-awareness, an understanding of the nervous system, and healing practices drawn from the Qur'an and Sunnah to help you develop emotional resilience, inner calm and a healthier relationship with uncertainty and life's challenges.
Through practical strategies, guided reflections, emotional healing tools and spiritually grounded techniques, you will explore how fear, overthinking, emotional attachment and a lack of emotional regulation affect mental wellbeing, and how tawakkul can become a source of emotional strength, clarity, peace and healing.
The course also explores the connection between faith, emotional balance, stress management and psychological wellbeing, helping you build healthier emotional patterns rooted in trust in Allah.
