This module focuses on approaches with a strong evidence base.
Your diet, sleep and exercise habits all affect your anxiety levels. This module shows how small lifestyle changes can bring major shifts in your mental health.
Healing involves growing stronger, not only fixing what is wrong. This module focuses on self-care, personal growth and maintaining your progress over time.
