A faith-based programme to help you speak confidently, communicate clearly and deliver messages that move people.
6 interactive sessions · Guided speaking practice · Personalised feedback · CPD certification
You have experiences, knowledge and ideas worth sharing. This programme helps you develop the inner confidence and practical skills to express them with clarity, purpose and impact.
Through faith-based reflection, teaching demonstrations and progressively challenging speaking tasks, you will learn to prepare meaningful talks, connect with listeners and speak both to live audiences and on camera.
Your starting point: Receive the topic bank and an explanation of the speaking journey ahead. There is no speaking practice in this session.
Speaking practice: Preparing for the content and the topics that would be chosen for speaking practice.
Speaking practice: Deliver another 1–2-minute talk, choosing a new topic from the list or improving your previous talk. Scripts and notes are welcome. Apply feedback to strengthen your storytelling, clarity and audience engagement.
Camera preparation: Learn how to plan and prepare your recorded speaking task, with guidance on presenting naturally and communicating a focused message.
Recorded speaking task: Create a 1–2-minute video and upload it to the shared Google Drive for personalised feedback. Scripts and notes are welcome. The submission link and deadline will be provided.
Final live practice: Choose any suitable topic and deliver an improvised 3–5-minute talk, with a maximum of five minutes, without a prepared script. Each participant receives personalised feedback on their progress and areas for development.
Your speaking practice develops gradually. Session 1 establishes the foundations. In Sessions 2 and 3, you deliver short talks with the support of scripts or notes. Session 4 prepares you for camera delivery, and Session 5 develops your recorded presentation skills. In Session 6, you bring these skills together through independent, improvised speaking.
Everyone follows the same progression, with opportunities to learn from demonstrations, practise and receive feedback.
Whether your interest is faith, psychology, personal growth, storytelling or motivational speaking, you will develop practical ways to turn your ideas into messages that connect with people.
Participants who complete the programme and its practical requirements will receive a Certificate of Completion from Sakeena Institute. This programme is CPD accredited, and the certificate confirms the CPD hours earned.
